My Name is Negin Sayah and I am an Industrial Designer by profession currently living in Ottawa, Canada. My love for art, industry and architecture has broadened the field of my practice and experience. My enthusiasm for art flourished at the age of 10, when I began painting lessons. I pursued painting and had the opportunity to learn water color techniques from Mahin Afshan-pour, a master in miniature arts. My fascination for calligraphy, lead me to learn this art from its renowned calligraphy masters. After receiving a photography certificate at the age of 17, I continued my education and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design. During my university years, alongside Industrial Design, I learned the art of Graphic Design and gradually became a freelance graphic designer and an advertising consultant for private companies. I also have professional experience in other fields such as furniture design and architectural design. I am a blogger and enjoy documenting interesting and unique, architectural and industrial designs from all around the world on my blog. In pursuing my love for painting and design I currently offer private painting classes for adults.
